We have had many wonderful adventures this summer. We went on our annual Palm Springs vacation at the end of May. It was so much fun...spending time with Grandpa John and Suzanne, Auntie Janelle, Uncle Robert, and Joce, and my Mommy, Daddy, and Palmer. We spent our days in the pool and our mornings and evenings walking around the golf course. We had so much fun, I did not want to leave. I can't wait until we go back next year. We celebrated 4th of July with a vacation to Grandma Lu's house. We saw the neighborhood firework show and I got to light fireworks with all my cousins. We swam all day, every day. I had a little more independence swimming because I use floaties now. We visited the Train Museum at Griffith Park, saw the Space Shuttle Endeavor at the California Science Center, explored at the La Habra Children's Museum, and rode the mini trains at Fairview Park in Costa Mesa. Since Daddy is home with me now, we get to have our own little adventures to the beach. I love our daily rides in my jeep. Since my brother got a big boy bike now, his balance bike is now mine. I like riding it and really like riding my brother's scooter. I really enjoy being outside and being active. I still like my trampoline and using my sprayers to water the plants and flowers. I am enjoying my time with my family and I really like my Daddy being home too. I can't wait for many more adventures this summer.

Weekend Adventure
We went on as road trip this weekend to the Bay Area for cousin Steve's wedding. We made a few stops along the way and it was a wonderful weekend adventure.
We met up with Grandma Katy, Grandpa Al, Aunt Susan, and cousin Lily in San Ramon. We went and ate Zachary's Pizza. It is Mommy's and Daddy's favorite pizza place. We had delicious deep dish pizza. We then ventured through the East Bay into Marin passing the beautiful cityscape of San Francisco as we drove to our hotel in Novato. We stayed at a quaint hotel called Inn Marin with our entire family and the rest of the out of town wedding guests. We went to the rehearsal dinner at cousin Steve's house in Rohnert Park on Friday evening. After some yummy food and family time, we went back to our hotel to call it a night. We had a long day planned on Saturday and after waking up at 5 am to begin our road that morning, we were all spent.
The next day we ventured into the city where we met up with the Clayton family in Golden Gate Park. We cruised through the Botanical Gardens and enjoyed some quality time together. We grabbed a bite at Pluto's near the park. We had to head back to Novato in the afternoon to get ready for Steve and Nicole's evening wedding at Stone Tree Country Club. The venue was very nice and the view was picturesque. We had so much fun at the wedding. I took a nap during dinner while my brother ate some yummy chicken nuggets and mac and cheese. I woke up in time for the dancing and we boogied on the dance floor for quite some time. It was way past our bed time after they cut the cake so we had one last dance and went back to our hotel.
On Sunday morning we had breakfast with our family then packed our things for our next mini trip further north to Sacramento. Being so close to our friends, the Cramsey family, we had to stop by for a visit. On our way to their house, we stopped to see the Capital and Old Sacramento. While visiting with our friends, we had yummy barbeque that they prepared for us and Palmer and I played with Ariana, Jocelyn, and Dylan while Mommy and Daddy reconnected with Anna and Sean. It was the perfect ending to a memorable weekend getaway.
The drive up and back was boring, but the destination was worth the journey. I can't wait to see my
friends and family again soon.

Happy Easter 2014
Happy Easter! The Easter Bunny brought my brother and I microphones. We love to perform and sing, so we really wanted microphones. Grandpa John and Suzanne gave us a huge basket filled with yummy treats, an ocean toy to add to our train table, and a doddle board. Grandma Lucille gave us treats and clothes, so we will be looking good this summer. We had lunch with our family at Grandma Lucille's house. We even had a egg hunt with cousin Joce. We later went to Mom's and Pop's house and got to play in the jumper. We had another egg hunt at Mom's and Pop's, so we will stocked with goodies. It was a wonderful day filled with lots of fun, family, and SUGAR!!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Parker
I celebrated my 2nd birthday with my family. We had a breakfast and my family came over to spend time with me. It was a nice, warm, sunny day so we got to eat out back and I got to play with my cousin Joce, my friend Natalie, and my brother Palmer. I got so many presents - fun toys and clothes. I'm ready for summer now with my new clothes. I had a wonderful 2nd birthday!
Mommy and Daddy were reminiscing on all that I've done this year and how much I have changed. I really had a wonderful year and it was another year of 'firsts'. I went on vacation to Palm Springs and Hawaii. I went on my first airplane ride when we went to Hawaii. I'm not only a walker now, but I'm a runner. I love to ride my big wheel motorcycle and my bike. I love playing trash trucks with my brother. Wednesdays are my favorite days because I get to see the trash man visit our neighborhood to pick up all our trash cans. I run outside every time and way hello to him. He's knows me by now. I love to watch movies. My favorite TV shows are Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood and Curious George. Youtube is often on at our house because I watch garbage trucks and funny looking gummy bear. I love to run and play with my brother. I especially like going for walks around our neighborhood. I love the park as well. I'm very independent...I feed myself and I want to do everything all by myself. The best part...I go potty in the toilet. I only wear diapers at night! I've accomplished so much this year, I wonder what is in store for next year?

A Rough Start to a New Year
Happy New Year. We have had a rough start to 2014 because our family was sick for the first 8 weeks of it. We have had a bad flu season and although we all got our flu shots last fall, my brother and I got one virus after another. Mommy and Daddy took good care of us and even they got sick. It was inevitable since they had to play doctor to us. After 21 days on a strong antibiotic, I finally kicked it and now I just mild, residual symptoms. Even though we've been sick, I've been playing with my brother and enjoying our winter. We've had some warm weather which allows us to go outside to play and get fresh air. We've had some colder, wet weather which brings us much needed moisture and water. I'm ready for spring to be here and I'm ready to celebrate my 2nd birthday soon. I hope I'll be 100% better by then.

Merry Christmas 2013
Merry Christmas! This year has been a wonderful holiday season as my brother and I have been looking at all the Christmas lights in our neighborhood, we visited with Santa and Mrs. Claus at their workshop, we would sing carols as they play in our car, and we have watched many holiday movies. Buddy the Elf stayed with us for 2 weeks as he was watching over us to make sure we behaved ourselves. Every night he would go home to the north pole to report back to Santa if we were naughty or nice. We skyped with Santa a few times and in the end, I ended up on the nice list. Christmas Eve was spent with Grandpa John and Suzanne during the day, Grandma Lu, Joce, Auntie, Uncle Jon, and Uncle Robert in the afternoon, and with all our family at Mom & Pop's at night. I had so much fun playing with my cousins. Christmas morning, Santa brought my brother and I a train table and train set. We were so excited. We spent all day with Grandma Katy and Grandpa Al and our entire family at their house. It was a fun filled day. All together I got so many presents: a train set, a motorcycle big wheel, money, pj's, books, puzzles, an airplane toy, art supplies, a monster truck, a monkey, and lots of yummy treats. It was a wonderful holiday season and I can't wait until next Christmas is here.

Holiday Traditions
Every year since I
have been born, we visit various neighborhoods to look at Christmas
lights. This year we stayed closer to home and got to explore all the
decorated houses within our city and neighboring city of Mission
Viejo. We went several times this year and we would take hot
chocolate and cookies on our lights tour. It was
so beautiful. We also visited Santa and Mrs. Claus at his workshop. As soon as Mommy handed me over to Santa I started screaming. Maybe next year I won't be so afraid of the big guy? It was still a fun night exploring Santa's workshop.
